Caracas, 20 Ago. AVN .- Venezuela and Colombia will set working commissions on Friday with the aim to strengthen bilateral relations, announced Venezuela"s President Hugo Chavez.
The President said the information on Thursday during an event to hand in securities to former savers of the bank Banco Federal, which took place at the Miraflores Executive Mansion, in Caracas.
“On the basis of respect, we will have good relations, I said to Colombia"s President Juan Manuel Santos. We are neighbors and brothers of the same cradle, the same blood, the same father, the same mother. Some people want to make us fight, but we are preparing with foreign minister Nicolas Maduro to set the commissions,” he said.
Similarly, President Chavez expressed that this Thursday Aug. 19 is expected the arrival of Colombia"s Foreign Minister Maria Holguin, in order to set on Friday the working commissions in economic, social, political matters, among others.
